Philipp Haarmann, LL.M. (Univ. of London)
Mr. Haarmann has been practicing as a lawyer in general business law for over twenty years, with particular expertise in commercial and corporate law, the negotiation and drafting of complex contracts, as well as advising on corporate transactions and restructurings.
After studying in Heidelberg, Bonn, and London, and gaining initial professional experience at an auditing firm, he spent ten years working as a lawyer in a major law firm, as a business consultant, and in insolvency administration.
In 2012, he founded the law firm Haarmann Körner with offices in Hamburg and Düsseldorf. Since 2022, Mr. Haarmann has been practicing in partnership with Dr. Kleinevoss.

Dr. Tim Kleinevoss, LL.M. (Univ. of Edinburgh)
Dr. Kleinevoss has been working as a lawyer in general business law for over eighteen years, with a particular focus on IP, IT, employment, and contract law, both in advisory and litigation contexts.
His consulting services also include strategic brand advice — from developing, enforcing, and defending new trademarks to evaluating existing portfolios — as well as negotiating and drafting complex contracts.
After studying in Düsseldorf and Edinburgh, he advised large and medium-sized companies in the aforementioned areas as a lawyer in an international law firm and later as a long-standing partner at a boutique law firm specializing in IP/IT. He also served as head of the legal department at a medium-sized trading group, giving him first-hand insight into the client’s perspective. In 2012, he founded his own law firm, where he has since been supporting his clients — primarily medium-sized businesses, start-ups, and entrepreneurial individuals — with pragmatic and committed legal advice. Since 2022, he has been working in partnership with Mr. Haarmann.
As part of numerous events, Dr. Kleinevoss trains lawyers and in-house counsel in IP/IT-related legal issues.
